1.

A 30% prepayment is required to reserve the apartment payment is in NIS according to exchange rate on date of payment.

2.

Client will receive confirmation of reservation after suite apartments receives the pre- payment.

3.

Full payment, including extras, is due at check- in.

4.

Early departure and/ or partial use of the apartment will not entitle guests to a refund.

5.

Check- in time is 3 pm. Check- out time is 11 am. Early check- in and late check- out are based on availability and must be confirmed in advance.

6.

We accept Visa card only and wire transfers.

7.

Our cancellation policy: up to 30 days prior to arrival -30% of the reservation value, up to 29 days or less prior to arrival- 50% of the reservation.. Suite apartments may not be held responsible for cancellations for any reason.

8.

Photo copy of a valid passport and credit card authorization on file will be required on arrival as a security/ damage deposit. Damages to the apartment, furniture, appliances or loss of a key will be charged the amount needed to repair the damage.
